BMI Offshore Bank (Seychelles) is a joint venture between BMI Bank and Seychelles based bank Nouvobanq each with 50% shareholdings. BMI Bank has the mandate to manage the operation. With the establishment of a fully empowered and independent management team on the ground.

The bank is licensed to conduct offshore banking business in the Seychelles, both for corporate and private customers based around the world. The licence to conduct offshore banking business is only the 2nd such licence issued by the Central Bank of Seychelles over the last 4 years.

We offer our international corporate and individual customers a range of products and services as outlined on our Products & Services web page. To internationalize our offerings and broaden our reach, we will shortly launch our Private Banking business as well as Trust and Investment Services. This will allow us to provide a more dedicated and personalised service to our more sophisticated and high net worth customers whilst at the same time broadening the scope for investment.
